The hotel's location is convenient, situated right in the center of town with easy access to all that Tralee has to offer. The rooms, though bright and airy, were small and hot, leading to noise disturbances from traffic and people passing by late into the night. The service received was friendly and accommodating, especially from the bar staff who provided local recommendations. The dining experience was good overall, with attentive staff, but some dishes were overcooked. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, catering to basic needs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but it was a bit hot and noisy at night. The service was friendly up until 8.30 pm, but less so afterward. The location was convenient with easy access to attractions. The dining was good overall, despite a minor issue with breakfast. The facilities were satisfactory.
